The lovely old home with all it's charm and character sits lonesome
and empty at the present time...... empty of earthly inhabitants..... that is!
The Ghost Trackers arrived at the old homestead at 8 p.m. and went about
sitting up equipment, establishing a monitoring station and running lines, cords and cables. Base line data was then collected by Ghost Tracker Jim Hatcher.
The investigation begin with much anticipation from all Ghost Trackers present after hearing a variety of "ghostly encounters" from the previous tenants and home owners. At approximately 9:16 p.m. in a small room off the dinning area Ghost Tracker psychic investigator Connie Fields in a state of meditation experienced contact with a spirit by the name of David. During this contact Jim taking data periodically noted a temperature drop .A drop of 20 degrees was noted when Connie reported she felt her left hand being touched by the spirit. Also at 9:34 Connie and Jim both felt cold spots and data showed a drop in temperature from 54 to 44 degrees. As the evening progressed and Ghost Trackers that were down stairs begin to experience feelings of a presence Jim conducted additional scans in the down stairs rooms and the range was varying from 4.0mg to 9.0mg after eliminating the places where the circuit breaker box was located. The dinning room and small room off it was the most significant. The importance of these readings is they occurred in direct conjunction with psychic communication between Connie and the spirits she encountered.
Ghost Trackers Betty Davis, Valynda Nichols, Scott Armstrong and a guest was set up in the up stairs 2 adjunct rooms. It is believed that this area at one time was perhaps one big room and this is the area where the crude war time surgery and amputations took place when wounded soldiers were brought in. Psychic investigator Karen while meditating in the upstairs rooms sensed the presence of a man of medicine by the name of Tigh or Thye . He appeared very distraught. In the same area up the upstairs where the presence was sensed Ghost Tracker Valynda
feeling drawn to the corner sat quietly in anticipation , the video camera was focused on the particular area and on Valynda. While watching the area on the monitor it appeared that fog , smoke or mist suddenly engulfed the corner being so thick that Valynda could not be seen through it. After several minutes what we now believe after reviewing the video to have been ectoplasm gradually dissipated . Data shows that the temperature in the corner during the episode had dropped to 27 degrees.
After a few hours and the Ghost Trackers decided to call it a night and after discussing the nights events although our hopes were high that we would have had the experience of seeing and photographing a much sought after apparition the Ghost Trackers do all agree that the house definitely has paranormal activity and warrants another investigation some day in the near future........STAY TUNED!
