As the appointed hour approached BBGT team arrived at this lovely townhouse at the request of the present residents.
The residents had reported to BBGT they were having a variety of ghostly activity that they did not understand and although not threatened they did feel
uneasy.
Betty proceeded in interviewing the residents while team members Melanie and Michele went about collecting baseline data. Team member Lisa proceeded in sitting up infrared video cameras at strategic locations in the home.
While the primary activity did seem to be located in the kitchen and lower bedroom area of the home, the sound of names being called by a disembodied voice
were often heard by the residents. The main objective of the investigation was to locate the source of this voice.
The EMF meter spiked above 9 sporadically during the night’s investigation, while the video camera picked up slight orbs on the upper stairway. Betty in a channeling mode was able to discern and connect with a spirit of a gentleman from another time whom at one time many years ago had lived in a “shotgun shanty” house on the site where the town home now sits. It is believed the spirit had died tragically in a fire in the shanty. Ever effort was made to assist the spirit in continuing on with his afterlife journey by gently but firmly explaining to him he no longer lived on the property and it was time for him to move on.
The overwhelming feeling of heat was felt within while mediating in the kitchen floor with the thermo scanner registering temperatures ranging from 76 – 85 degrees with sweat pouring from brows.
Conclusion: The townhouse is experiencing a residual haunting.
BBGT will check back often with the residents.
