Phenomena Witnessed: There were several minor occurrences witnessed by various group members during the investigation.
These included:
The presence of a young lady was felt in one of the upstairs rooms.
Some small possible light rods were photographed in several areas. However, these are most likely due to camera interference / operator error.
EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon): Equipment Used:
1 digital voice recorder
1 analog (tape) recorder w/external mic
EVP session conducted in the kitchen. 20 minute Q&A session, followed by 25 minutes of silent recording (during which time the room was vacated and secured to avoid human contamination).
Session yielded no abnormal recordings.

“Betty and I picked up on an older, slender woman with very weathered, dark skin (almost as if she was of Indian descent). I saw a small boy with this woman and he looked to be about 8-10 years old with short brown hair. Both he and the female seemed to be dressed in early 1900’s clothing.”

After careful, meticulous review of all evidence obtained at this investigation site, the Big Bend Ghost Trackers have concluded that the aforementioned property is, in fact,

While some minor personal feelings were experienced and minimal photographic evidence was obtained, there is not enough collaborative evidence for BBGT to label this site a haunted location.
In addition to this Site Investigation Field Report, physical evidence in the form of video, audio, and/or still photography will be presented to the owners substantiating our findings.
